I hold a B. Eng in Aerospace Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). My engineering background has taught me to approach fitness like a well-designed system. Just as I optimize processes to enhance productivity and efficiency, I optimize workouts and nutrition plans.
At 12 years old I began taking steps towards better physical well-being . Whether it was playing sports, exploring outdoor activities, or simply staying active, those early experiences shaped my attitude toward fitness and well-being. As an engineer, I was fascinated by the mechanics of the human body. I dove into research, learning about biomechanics, nutrition, and exercise physiology. Soon, I realized that fitness wasn’t just a hobby—it was my calling.
As an engineer, I thrive on data and evidence. I apply the same principles to fitness. My training programs are rooted in scientific research, ensuring that my clients get results without wasting time on fads or gimmicks.
My mission is simple: Empower others to lead healthier lives. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, I tailor my coaching to your unique needs. We’ll focus on fundamentals, form, and sustainable habits.
